Position Overview: The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a customer-centric approach to drive business success and exceed performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.
    • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee development and career growth.
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
    • Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, and expand market share.
    • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and trends, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize sales effectiveness.
  3. Customer Service and Relationship Management:

    • Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
    • Build strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
  4. Operational Excellence:

    • Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures.
  5. Financial Management:

    • Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
    • Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
    • Monitor and control inventory levels, pricing strategies, and credit and collections activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or related roles within the mention industry or sector .
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, achieving performance targets, and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management abilities.
  • Sound business acumen, analytical skills, and financial literacy.
