/ Here is some of what to expect being a Construction Project Manager with us: /
Position will lead, support, coordinate and manage construction and remodel projects of varying degree of complexity.
Takes projects from design through completion, providing advice and assistance to all levels of staff and management groups to facilitate resource planning and meet regulatory requirements.
Determines support, direction and/or strategies necessary to solve significant problems related to successful project completion.
Provides regular schedule and budget updates indicating project performance.
Position will coordinate vendors for door operators, nurse call, pneumatic tube system, and others that are a function of construction coordination and facility usage. This is to maintain the coordination of these systems under one responsible person for both construction and maintenance.

Education: Must possess undergraduate degree, engineering (mechanical or electrical), architecture or construction management preferred

Experience: Five years actual construction management experience preferred.

Special Qualifications: Must demonstrate knowledge of International Building Code, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) criteria and Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).

Degree of supervision required: Minimal supervision. Individual takes initiatives and operates in compliance with established ethical and operational policy of the facility and practices prescribed by immediate supervisor
