ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate across departments for timely inspections and recommendations.
• Develop and refine Standard Service profiles.
• Enhance accuracy of department instructions, budgeted shop costs, and quotation language through service profile review and modification.
• Consolidate service profiles for project completion.
• Identify project action items and additional scopes of work.
• Gather and assess recommendations and associated shop costs.
• Review quotes from outside vendors and edit quote language and presentation.
• Review detailed cost reports and presentations with production for submission to sales.
• Maintain quality notes and files for each quotation.
• Collaborate with Estimators to enhance department efficiency and accuracy.
• Uphold LEAN objectives within the department.
• Complete company-required training.
• Possess a 4-year Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years of turbo machinery experience.
• Be available for overtime work when necessary.
• Proactively engage in company initiatives for safe working practices, environmental protection, and continuous improvement.
• Adhere to risk assessments and safety procedures, utilizing appropriate PPE.
• Report safety issues promptly to the line manager.
• Ensure proper use of waste segregation facilities and efficient use of natural resources.
• Monday through Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend work as needed.
