Requirements

Plumbing Foreman: This is where you come in.

We're looking for a Plumbing Foreman to organize and oversee Plumbing Special Projects and Construction projects while performing field troubleshooting and install services. The Plumbing Foreman role reports to Brent Campbell/Operations manager on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business.

+ Oversee field plumbing operations on service special projects and construction jobs.

+ Review job sites, scope of work, project information, and matters relating to Detailing in order to ensure proper guidelines are handed down to the techs who will be performing the work.

+ Understand process and procedure for major retrofits and repairs to systems found in commercial facilities.

+ Understand water side systems including hot water, chilled water, condenser water, etc.

+ Review all field generated documentation and work with sales and accounting on contract and billing issues.

+ Work with project management and sales staff to obtain or provide information needed to complete the job successfully and within budget.

+ Coordinate with trades, office staff, and other internal/external customers as needed to ensure all key stakeholders are informed and all necessary materials are acquired.

+ Understand project schedules, schedule crews, and work with dispatcher on assigning proper manpower for each job and track time using cost codes and project packets.

+ Provide field services on the more complex jobs.

+ Recruit new technicians, oversee new hire training, and provide training for technicians when feasible.

+ Provide technical guidance to Project Management, Sales staff, and other internal and external customers regarding retrofitting, installing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair on all equipment and systems associated with Plumbing

+ Continue to obtain training and actively participate in the education program.

+ 5+ years of commercial plumbing field experience
