Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to head for our Inverter Service team in North America. In this role you will manage a of team of service operations professionals/engineers, technicians in North America, Manage equipment warranty, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence across the region.

Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of service professionals, field technicians, fostering talent development and growth.
  • Manage warranty process and budget assigned for each projects
  • Promote safety culture and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols
  • Manage and expand our service network, including partnerships and agreements.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience and satisfaction through effective service delivery.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for service operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product development) to enhance service product offerings and customer support.
  • Develop and manage budgets, resources, and processes to optimize service efficiency and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements, implementing compliance measures as needed.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Overall 10+yrs and Minimum 5 years of experience in service leadership roles within the Solar/Storage/Renewable Energy /Power generation sectors.
  • Strong understanding of solar inverter technology and industry trends.
  • Proven track record of warranty management, service growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with North American energy markets and regulatory frameworks.
