Cypress Employment Services has a client in Tuscaloosa, AL looking for HVAC Service Technicians.

Job Description:

The HVAC Service Tech position requires installation of metal duct work on various commercial and industrial projects. As a service technician, we require an individual who can read drawings, understand mechanical code, and work independently to complete jobs successfully. The technician documents service and installation activities using a cutting edge software and technology (Mobile-Tech) for completing work orders, maintenance checklist and daily time sheets.

Responsibilities:

• Successfully perform service, install, or routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems




• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors




• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills




• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements




• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records




• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must have at least 3 years of HVAC Service Tech experience (Commercial and Industrial)




• Must be HVAC Certified




• Must be tech and software savvy and have computer/phone/app skills

Pay:$20 - $45 DOE
