Laborer - Multiple Positions Available Description: Under direct supervision, the Laborer will assist with the maintenance of the buildings and surrounding areas associated with Athletics. Duties and Responsibilities: General cleaning, included but not limited to: offices, lavatories, waste/recycle removal, public areas. Special projects and other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; Vocational or technical training preferred. Experience: 3-5 years of work experience is preferred. Skills: Ability to be active for 8 hours of walking. Ability to stand, lift, and have good balance. Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written instructions. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Able to do the following: high dusting, vacuuming, wet mopping, trash removal, stairwell cleaning, snow shoveling, window washing, lavatory cleaning, etc. Ability to work weekends, home football game dates, and have open availability. Understanding of chemicals, supplies, and equipment is preferred. Ability to stand, lift, have good balance, and be able to lift 50 lbs is preferred. Valid Driver's License Behaviors: Demonstrated behavioral expectations include: Unquestioned integrity and trustworthiness.
