Delaware City Schools Pacer SACC ensures safe, healthy, fun summer in school environments that foster responsibility and independence while promoting academic, physical and social growth for all DCS students. The Program Assistant is responsible for safety and supervision of children, implementation of day-to-day activities, assistance with design and implementation of curriculum, and engagement, encouragement and positive youth development for all participants. All employees work 6 to 8 hours per day and attend all off-site activities. Must be at least 18 years old with minimum of high school diploma. Experience and passion for working with children strongly preferred.
