Shift: 7:30 am to 4:30 PM

Top 3 skills needed are reliability, mechanical, and electrical knowledge.
No OSHA experience is required, but mechanical and/or electrical experience is preferred.
1 year of experience is required, but assembly experience is not preferred
High School Diploma/GED required.

As a Service Technician, your main job is to fix the client's equipment quickly and well. You'll make sure that customers get their tools back in good shape and on time. Your work helps the client's tools stay valuable for the people who own them.

Here's what you'll do:

Stick to our three main goals: making customers happy, focusing on important products, and doing our work really well.
Keep learning about fixing tools by studying manuals and technical stuff online.
Fix tools correctly using the right methods and tools.
Use scanners to figure out what's wrong with tools, get the right parts, and finish repairs.
Test each tool to make sure it works safely before giving it back to the customer.
Help keep track of parts and make sure we always have what we need to fix tools.
Talk to customers and salespeople every day to keep good relationships.
Sometimes, travel to meetings to share ideas about fixing tools better and cheaper.
Share feedback with the client's quality team to help make tools even better.
Keep your workspace clean and follow all the rules and safety guidelines.

Work Conditions:

You'll be in a workshop where it might be hot, cold, noisy, or dusty.
You'll need to use hand tools to fix power tools.
Safety Gear:

Follow all safety rules, including wearing steel-toed boots, safety glasses, and vests.

Physical Requirements:

You might need to lift heavy things occasionally, stand for a long time, and do repetitive movements like reaching and bending.
